FASTTRACK INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Allocates funds to assist local governments in providing infrastructure to support new or expanding industries.
FASTTRACK JOB TRAINING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Training assistance for new and existing business and industry when associated with new investment for facilities, equipment and new job hires.
INDUSTRIAL ACCESS PROGRAM
A program of the Department of Transportation, this program allocates funds for the development of “Industrial Highways” in order to provide access to industrial areas.
SMALL BUSINESS ENERGY LOAN PROGRAM
Designed to assist in the identification, installation and incorporation of approved energy-efficiency measures.
RECRUITMENT, STAFFING, TRAINING
Through the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, assistance in initial applicant screening and recruitment can be conducted to help businesses reach their desired level of qualified applicants. On-the-job training provided for qualified workers.
TENNESSEE CHILD-CARE FACILITIES PROGRAM
Created to aid the state in the startup and expansion of child-care facilities; provides grants and loans, guarantees private sector loans.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
ECD administers these federal funds for use by eligible communities for community and economic development public infrastructure projects. Additionally, these funds are used for low-interest loans for building and equipment purposes and for new and expanding industries creating job opportunities.

ECD administers these federal programs that can be used for public infrastructure improvements in eligible communities for eligible businesses creating job opportunities for Tennesseans.
TVA SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES COUNTIES LOAN FUND
Provides low-interest loans to help companies locate or expand in economically distressed counties.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOAN FUNDS
A TVA program to provide capital to assist new or expanding companies that generate high-value jobs and make new capital investments.
ENHANCED GROWTH CREDITS
Distributors of TVA power may offer credits on power bills to assist companies based on SIC code, type of power used and amount of electricity consumed.
VALLEY COALITION LENDERS
Lenders work with TVA to offer loans to qualifying companies at attractive terms and below market rates.
VALLEY BUSINESS VENTURES
TVA program provides resources and technical assistance in the high-growth sectors of woman- and minority-owned businesses.
SOUTHERN APPALACHIAN FUND
Venture capital fund provides equity capital and operational assistance to qualifying businesses.
